like ctrl-f / cmd-f
On macOS all these system shortcuts are done with cmd while on Windows
ctrl is used. Support both now
Added support for cmd key as modifier for binds
Not planning to do this automatically, but at least cleaning it up once
provides some benefit. Every header should include what it uses.

Ignored: tuning.h, variables.h, config_common.h, mapitems_ex_types.h, mapbugs_list.h, protocol7.h, teehistorian_ex_chunks.h, protocol_ex_msgs.h, config.h, config_variables.h, external, keynames.h
Also annotate `dbg_msg`, `str_format` and `str_timestamp_ex` so that the
compiler can determine whether the format strings are correct.
Fix the compiler warnings generated by these extra warnings -- some of
them were security issues.
