<p><ahref="https://crates.io/crates/tracing"><code>tracing</code></a> is a framework for instrumenting Rust programs to collect
structured, event-based diagnostic information. This crate defines the core
primitives of <code>tracing</code>.</p>
<p>This crate provides:</p>
