Robert Müller 1dfed5434e Lower minimum SDK to 19, remove unnecessary Gradle dependencies ... SDK 19 is the lowest API level support by SDL2 because it is the lowest API level supported by the latest NDK toolchain. According to https://www.composables.com/tools/distribution-chart this should cover virtually all Android devices.
