def eda16acbca Explain game tiles and entities in editor (fixes #1600) 
- Explanations by Lady Saavik taken from https://ddnet.tw/explain/
- CCW/CW were mixed up in enum names, fixed
- Make sure that the texts fits, otherwise reduce font size
- Still need explanations for Portal tiles
