Robert Müller 0d8a0d3b1d Dynamically connect/disconnect debug dummies, cleanup
Call expected server callback functions to simulate clients dynamically connecting and disconnecting when changing the `dbg_dummies` variable. This makes the debug dummies more useful for debugging. Previously, the debug dummies were considered invalid clients, whereas they are now considered to be ingame, so they should behave mostly like real clients being connected to the server. The debug dummies also have correct client names now, e.g. "Debug dummy 42".

The game server code is cleaned up by moving all special handling for debug dummies to the engine server function `CServer::UpdateDebugDummies`.

The left/right direction inputs for debug dummies are now properly added to the client input array, so their input handling should be consistent with normal clients, which fixes some inconsistent prediction with debug dummies.

Robert Müller e66fe2c70e Add event dates to time_season: easter, halloween, xmas
Add easter, halloween and xmas to `enum ETimeSeason` and `time_season` function. This unifies the logic for detecting these events and seasons in one function. This allows adding support for special easter, halloween and xmas theme maps in the future. The `localtime` function is not used outside `system.c` anymore. The code for detecting easter is taken from upstream.

Robert Müller 29871fd5f6 Fix scoreboard time being reset when using /timecp
Using `/timecp` with a player name that has no time on the current map incorrectly cleared the player score/time causing it to not be shown in the scoreboard anymore.

Robert Müller 1172be1f80 Fix undefined player vote/team change time
The time of the last kick vote and the time of the last team change are initially in an undefined state, which causes the kick vote and team change to fail due to the delay incorrectly being applied.

Closes #6723.

Robert Müller db4ec4a12d Replace usages of C math functions
Replacing the C standard headers with the C++ standard headers causes various `error: call to 'floor' promotes float to double [performance-type-promotion-in-math-fn,-warnings-as-errors]`, which are fixed by using the C++ std math functions or our own math functions instead of the C math functions.

- Use `absolute` instead of `abs` and `fabs`.
- Use `std::floor` instead of `floor` and `floorf`.
- Use `std::ceil` instead of `ceil`, `ceilf` and `round_ceil`.
- Use `std::round` instead of `round` and `roundf`.
- Use `std::sin` instead of `sin` and `sinf`.
- Use `std::asin` instead of `asin` and `asinf`.
- Use `std::cos` instead of `cos` and `cosf`.
- Use `std::acos` instead of `acos` and `acosf`.
- Use `std::tan` instead of `tan` and `tanf`.
- Use `std::atan` instead of `atan` and `atanf`.
- Use `std::pow` instead of `pow` and `powf`.
- Use `std::log` instead of `log` and `logf`.
- Use `std::log2` instead of `log2` and `log2f`.

Robert Müller 4439cbd7a1 Persist AFK state of players on map change
Store AFK state of players in `CPersistentClientData` and restore it when a client is connected.

In order for this to work, `m_LastPlaytime` must be adjusted as well to ensure that the AFK state is not reset again automatically by the `AfkTimer` function.

The AFK state is encapsulated using `IsAfk` and `GetAfk`.

Closes #1966.

The value `0` should disable the AFK feature, but players are initially considered as AFK, so their AFK state was never updated correctly.

Robert Müller 9a012312b8 Move and extend GetClientVersion to remove many version.h includes
The `CServer::GetClientVersion` method needs the `version.h` include, so it's moved from the header to the source file, so the include can be removed from the header.

The `GetClientVersion` method is often called with the same `Client != SERVER_DEMO_CLIENT ? GetClientVersion(Client) : CLIENT_VERSIONNR` expression, which also needs the `version.h` include. This expression is moved inside the method, so the include can be removed from all the server entities' and player code.

The `CGameContext::GetClientVersion` method is made a delegate to reduce duplicate code.

The includes of the server entities are also organized further.

The checkpoint mechanic was last time updated here af44a79b03 and CNetMsg_Sv_DDRaceTime was introduced here: 86365bedcd

The whole design of `CNetMsg_Sv_DDRaceTime` is basically pretty bad, and it was only tired to copy the old broadcast behaviour (that we still have for vanilla client).
We are basically only sending floats (multiplied by 100) instead of using our integer ticks.  

Thats also the reason why checkpoints, close to the start (closer than one second), were not displayed (because it was forgotten to multiply m_time by 100 and so it was rounded to 0).

This PR adds a workaround for the problems, but this Net message is just designed wrong and should maybe in the future get updated to use ticks instead of rounded floats.
 
This PR allows to trigger Time Checkpoints in arbitrary order.
 
 This PR does not make checkpoints unskippable, because we currently have no way to do this, and we have no effect tile that is not skippable (except probably solid blocks).

Robert Müller f3fbe891a6 Fix player input player flags translation with sixup
The sixup translated player flags were previously applied in `OnDirectInput` directly to the player input data.
However, the input data has already been copied at that point, so predicted inputs were using the incorrect flags.
This is fixed by moving the player flags translation to `OnClientPrepareInput`, which is called first and only once on each new player input before it is copied.

Robert Müller 6d0806f99d Fix engine client flags not being updated under some conditions
The flags were only being updated based on rather arbitrary conditions, so they could never reset to zero or reduced.
The flags are now always updated. The flags are only used in the output of the `status` command.
