Not planning to do this automatically, but at least cleaning it up once
provides some benefit. Every header should include what it uses.

Purely automatic change. In case of conflict with this change, apply the
other change and rerun the formatting to restore it:

Previously it removed one entry from m_aTimestamps before having filled
it entirely, so there was a small chance that it was not the smallest
one. Only after we have filled more entries than we want to keep can we
know which ones can be deleted for sure.
- auto/MAP_TIME.demo instead of the old auto/autorecord_TIME.demo
- Made CFileCollection usable with a wildcard to include the entire
directory and not just files with a specific file name
